1. Jewelry Care Guide
We ensure you have the necessary knowledge to keep your RITVA jewelry looking brilliant:
- Included with Purchase: Every jewelry purchase from RITVA includes a printed Jewelry Care Guide.
- Specific Instructions: This guide provides detailed instructions on the best practices for cleaning, storing, and maintaining the specific materials (e.g., sterling silver, gold plating, gemstones) used in your purchased item.
- Longevity: Following these guidelines is essential to prevent damage and ensure the longevity of your jewelry. Damages resulting from failure to follow these care instructions are not covered under our warranty.
2. Limited Repair Warranty (6 Months)
We offer a warranty against defects in our workmanship:
- Coverage: RITVA provides a 6-month limited repair warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects (e.g., stone setting issues, faulty clasps, or structural failures that occurred during production).
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- The use of harsh chemicals or cleaners.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, tarnishing, bending, or damage to prongs from accidental impact).
- Alterations or repairs performed by a jeweler other than RITVA.
- Shipping for Warranty Repair: Customers must bear the cost of two-way shipping (to RITVA and back to the customer) for all items submitted for warranty repair services.
3. Non-Warranty Repairs
We are happy to assist with repairs for items that fall outside the 6-month warranty or are damaged by wear and tear:
- Service Offered: Even if the damage is due to normal wear and tear (after 6 months) or accidental damage, we often can repair your RITVA jewelry.
- Fees: These services are offered for a nominal repair fee, which will be quoted to you after our team assesses the piece. The fee covers the material and labor required for the repair.
- Shipping for Non-Warranty Repair: As with warranty repairs, the customer must bear the full cost of two-way shipping.
Repair Process:
- Contact our Customer Care team (+91 93030 933) with your Order Number and clear photos of the damage.
- We will assess the item and provide an estimated quote (if applicable) and our repair facility address.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm the final repair cost and timeline before proceeding.
